Construction Project Manager

On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the field of construction and municipal infrastructure, we are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate infrastructure projects.

The company specializes in utility infrastructure, road construction, earthworks, and civil engineering projects, primarily in the Posavje region and surrounding areas.

About the Role

This is a key position offering full ownership of construction projects: from initial planning to final delivery.

You will be responsible for coordinating all stakeholders, ensuring high-quality execution, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from start to completion
• Plan, organize, and supervise on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Prepare and manage project documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with investors, engineers, and supervisory authorities
• Support tender preparation and participate in bidding processes
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards

What We Expect

• University degree in Civil Engineering (MSc or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/project management
• Valid professional license from the Chamber of Engineers (IZS or equivalent)
• Proven experience in infrastructure projects (roads, sewage, utilities)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and make decisions
• Good knowledge of construction legislation and standards
• Driving license (Category B)
