Our customers include workshops, dealer groups, and internationally active multi-shop operators. With customers across multiple European markets and strong early traction, we are now scaling both our product and commercial teams.

Why We’re Hiring

We have achieved strong product-market fit and are seeing increasing demand from multi-site automotive operators. As we scale, we are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of key product areas, translate customer needs into scalable solutions, and drive the next phase of product development.

The Role

As a Product Manager, you are the central interface between customers and product development. With your understanding of complex operational environments, technical knowledge, and data expertise, you shape products that deliver real value.

What You’ll Do

  Translate customer needs into scalable, data-driven product solutions

  
  


• 
  

  Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct customer interviews, discovery processes, and validate hypotheses

  
  


• 
  

  Analyse product and process data (SQL, Python) to drive decisions

  
  


• 
  

  Define and prioritise features using frameworks (e.g. RICE)

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with engineering teams, including integration of ML models

  
  


• 
  

  Build and monitor dashboards to track product performance (KPIs, usage, efficiency)

  Lead product launches, testing cycles, and feedback loops with customers

  Translate machine learning outputs into practical, user-facing features

  
  

What You Bring

Must-haves:

• 3+ years experience in Product Management, Data Product Owner, or technical consultant


• Practical knowledge of Python for analysing product and process data


• Experience with BI / analytics tools (e.g. Metabase, Power BI, Looker, Jupyter or similar)


• Familiarity with SaaS products, their metrics, and customer-relevant KPIs (e.g. activation rate, retention, NPS)


• Strong communication skills and able to bridge business, tech, and customers


• Experience in product strategy development and roadmap management
