Product Designer

Join a dynamic project focused on the design and development of a sports lighting fixture for European markets. This role requires a skilled designer or engineer with proven expertise in AutoCAD to deliver a complete technical project, including aluminum profile design for extrusion, metal housing, adjustable mounting brackets, and comprehensive assembly documentation. The ideal candidate will have a background in lighting design, particularly for sports or outdoor applications, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material selection. The position is open to remote professionals, with a preference for those based in Georgia (Batumi).

Deliverables

• Complete CAD files (2D and 3D) for all fixture components
• Detailed dimensional and assembly drawings suitable for manufacturing
• Exploded views and technical details as required
• Aluminum profile design optimized for extrusion
• Metal housing/box and adjustable mounting bracket designs
• Basic material specifications for all components
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D)
• Demonstrated experience in lighting fixture design, ideally for sports or outdoor environments
• Knowledge of aluminum extrusion, metal fabrication, and assembly processes
• Familiarity with high-power luminaires or floodlights
• Ability to produce manufacturing-ready technical drawings and documentation
• Experience with DIALux or Relux is a plus
• Understanding of thermal and structural considerations in lighting design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Preferred location: Georgia (Batumi), but remote candidates with relevant experience are welcome
