Compliance Officer

Edenthorpe Search is supporting a fast-growing crypto payments business in the hire of a Junior Compliance Analyst to join their team in Switzerland / Vaduz. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career compliance professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment at the intersection of finance and digital assets.

You will play a key role in supporting the firm’s compliance framework, with a focus on KYC, AML, and client onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on new and existing clients
• Support client onboarding processes, ensuring regulatory requirements are met
• Perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews and transaction monitoring
• Assist in identifying and escalating suspicious activity
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance adherence
• Stay up to date with evolving regulatory requirements, particularly in crypto and digital payments

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, KYC, AML, or onboarding (internships considered)
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks
• Interest in cryptocurrency, fintech, or digital payments
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willingness to work onsite in Vaduz three days per week

Location & Flexibility

• Office based in Vaduz, Liechtenstein
• Hybrid model: 3 days onsite in Vaduz / 2 days remote
• Candidates may be based in Liechtenstein, Switzerland, or Austria (must be able to commute)
