We're looking for a skilled and motivated AI Security Engineer to join our dynamic team, driven by a Silicon Valley mindset. Our team thrives on a blend of focused work and casual camaraderie, where fun and collaboration are just as important as innovation.

As AI systems become core to modern products and operations, we look for someone who can research real-world attack paths, validate risks, and help build practical defenses. You’ll work with security engineers, platform teams, and software developers to assess and improve the security of AI-enabled solutions - from model usage and data pipelines to APIs, deployments, and guardrails.

YOUR IMPACT

You will transform advanced prompting and multi-agent research into secure, production-ready patterns, guide teams in adopting them, and run the ML infrastructure that powers our products. By automating testing, benchmarking, and telemetry, you’ll drive data-backed decisions while continuously monitoring and mitigating emerging LLM threats. Your work ensures every AI solution we deliver is both innovative and resilient.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

- Research and implement enterprise-grade prompting techniques, including Chain-of-Thought and Tree-of-Thought reasoning.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand experimental findings and prototypes, and how they translate to customized use cases.

- Bridge the gap between research exploration and practical AI implementation.

- Offer support on designing complex agentic systems with multiple interacting agents.

- Define best practices and standards for AI-focused application design and development - covering deployment patterns, documentation, library adoption, and group-wide standards.

- Deploy and manage production-grade infrastructure for AI/ML applications.

- Conduct regular benchmarks, perform statistical analysis, and present findings to drive data-informed decisions.

- Develop internal tools/scripts to automate testing, fuzzing, logging/telemetry analysis, and

reproducible experiments.

- Track and analyze emerging AI/LLM threats (prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage, model

extraction, training data poisoning, RAG poisoning, agent/tool abuse).

YOUR SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A

Master's degree is often preferred.

• 2+ years in security research, application security, ML engineering, or a related role with proven hands-on delivery (research, tooling, assessments, or mitigations).

• Working understanding of LLMs and common patterns/techniques: prompt engineering, in-context learning, RAG.

• Practical experience with AI security risks and techniques (prompt injection, jailbreak techniques,

data exfiltration patterns, retrieval poisoning, model inversion/extraction concepts).

• Experience building AI/ML applications integrating various AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).

• Proficiency in scripting programming languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go). Understanding of

HTTP, jRPC, and GraphQL APIs.

• Understanding of cloud fundamentals (IAM, private networking, secrets management, encryption,

monitoring), focused on Azure (AWS exposure is a plus).

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday: 12:00 – 21:00 (1 hour lunch break)
