We are currently looking for Project Management professionals to join large EPC Lump Sum and Turnkey projects in Algeria, under Engineering execution in Madrid. These positions will have long-term assignments on site.

It is one of the most important refining projects currently underway in the country and in Técnicas Reunidas.

Main responsibilities, that will depend on the level of the position

• Coordinate and monitor daily construction activities on site.

• Ensure alignment between Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.

• Track project progress against the approved schedule.

• Support cost control and change management activities.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Promote and ensure HSE compliance on site.

• Prepare progress reports and support project documentation.

• Participate in meetings with the client and project stakeholders.

Required profile and experience

MSc or BSc Degree in Engineering (all specialties). Highly valued specialization in Oil & Gas and Energy.

More than 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizers, Energy sector.

High level of English (C1). Negotiation English level essential.

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Management and coordination skills.

Communication with the customer.
