Senior Back End Developer

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will design, build, and evolve robust backend systems that power our platform.

This role goes beyond implementation. You’re expected to understand the business context, challenge assumptions, and take ownership of the full logical flow — from data ingestion to end-user impact.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Stockholm, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Deep expertise in T-SQL
• (stored procedures, temporal tables, window functions, change tracking)
• Solid understanding of data pipeline design (ETL/ELT)
• Proven ability to debug complex data issues across multiple systems
• Experience working with APIs and batch integrations
• Comfortable working in evolving, partially defined systems
• Experience with CI/CD workflows (GitHub or similar)
• Practical experience using generative AI to improve productivity and workflows

• Experience with Python / PySpark
• Experience with Azure (data and infrastructure)
• Familiarity with TypeScript / Node.js and/or C#
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Synapse
• Experience integrating with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB
• Experience with event-driven or message-based architectures (e.g., Azure Service Bus)
• Ability to translate product requirements into technical design

• Experience with Power BI and semantic models
• Understanding of GDPR-related data handling
• Familiarity with Fabric deployment pipelines
• Basic WordPress experience
