Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Application Manager for Jira and Azure DevOps who will also act as an Agile Coach, playing a key role in Permobil IT:s digital and organizational transformation. This role sits within the Innovation and Quality team in Group IT and is responsible for owning and evolving the Jira and Confluence and the Microsoft Azure DevOps platforms, while actively driving the agile transformation across IT. You will combine technical platform ownership with coaching, facilitation, and change leadership, ensuring agile ways of working at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps, ensuring governance, performance, and business alignment,
• Define and drive best practices, standards, and scalable ways of working across teams,
• Align agile processes, reduce tool silos, and improve integrations across platforms,
• Lead agile transformation by coaching teams, leaders, and key roles,
• Facilitate continuous improvement through workshops, retrospectives, and data-driven insights,
• Act as a change agent, identifying improvement opportunities and driving adoption,
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions and ensure long-term success.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Proven experience as an Application Manager, Jira Administrator, or similar role
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps administration
• Strong background as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
• Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence administration, configuration, and best practices
• Experience driving agile transformations in complex organizations
• Understanding of DevOps, product development, and IT delivery models
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
