Our Requirements:


  • Higher education ( Engineering , Economics, or related field),
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, process/project management,
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English; native-level English proficiency is an advantage
  • Advanced skills in preparing presentations and delivering them to top management at a global level,
  • Advanced analytical skills , friend with numbers , data and excel tables ,
  • Proven experience in process improvement or system implementation,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Understanding of procurement and contract management processes,
  • Knowledge of contract law basics,
  • Experience in gathering and managing business requirements,
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills,
  • Ability to lead initiatives and drive change,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Prepare contracts based on agreed commercial terms provided by Procurement to support process analysis and improvement,
  • Coordinate contract approval process with all stakeholders (legal, finance, business, vendor). Make appropriate amendments to the contract and take measures to resolve any disagreements under the contract,
  • Own and continuously develop the end-to-end Contract Management process,
  • Lead the implementation of contract management systems and tools,
  • Lead all Procurement Department change, transformation, integration, and process development initiatives,
  • Lead and end-to-end manage large, project-based, investment-driven initiatives,
  • Consolidation and preparation of Procurement Department business and performance results
  • Integrate contract management with procurement processes,
  • Identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization initiatives,
  • Gather and define business requirements for system enhancements and automation,
  • Lead process testing, rollout, and adoption across the organization,
  • Act as the key point of contact for process-related decisions and escalations,
  • Drive coordination across cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT),
  • Monitor KPIs (including SLA and process efficiency metrics),
  • Ensure alignment of processes with internal policies and regulatory requirements,
  • Ensure effective document management within procurement and contract management processes.
