Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a high-potential, analytical, and execution-driven Junior Project Manager to join our team.

This role is designed for new graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn fast, take early ownership, and build a strong foundation in project and product delivery.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end project coordination and execution
• Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies across teams
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare clear and well-structured documentation (requirements, meeting notes, action items)
• Use tools like Jira to manage workflows and track progress
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps early and take action
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency
• Work closely with design, engineering, and business teams

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university (Business, Engineering, or related fields)
• New graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with strong documentation discipline
• Proactive mindset - you take initiative and drive things forward
• Execution-focused - you follow up, push when needed, and get things done
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and sprint-based delivery
• Active user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) in daily work

Nice to Have

• Internship or project experience in tech, product, or project management
• Experience writing structured documents (e.g., PRDs, user stories)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Curiosity about how systems, products, and processes work
