Responsibilities 

• Manage end-to-end delivery of in-flight entertainment software projects
• Work closely with business analysts and actively contribute to requirement analysis when needed
• Coordinate a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and QA engineers
• Manage multiple external vendors and ensure delivery alignment
• Own SDLC processes and ensure seamless execution across teams
• Identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges and proactively drive solutions
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams with strong analytical involvement
• Track and manage progress using Jira and Confluence
• Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
  

Requirements (Must Have):

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, or Software Development
• Strong hands-on experience in SDLC processes
• Proven experience working closely with development teams (not only coordination)
• Background in software development or IT analysis is highly preferred
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in integration-heavy systems is a strong plus
• Experience in high-load / real-time systems is a plus
• Advanced English (B2/C1 level)
