- Enhance Client Health Score: Improve the existing system by adding and integrating new
- Develop Dashboard: Create a user-friendly dashboard to visualize solution usage and adoption. 3. Automate and Clean Data: Streamline dashboard updates and ensure data quality and accuracy. 4. Develop Regression Testing Tool: Design and implement a tool to efficiently identify issues in software updates. 5. Explore Generative AI: Research and propose applications of Generative AI to enhance customer experience. This internship combines data analysis, software development, product innovation, and cutting-edge AI exploration to improve customer success and service delivery.
