About the Role

We are hiring a Field Support / Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support across client locations in an enterprise environment.


This role requires hands-on experience with device deployment, troubleshooting, and endpoint management tools. The candidate must be comfortable working in field/onsite environments, handling user devices, and supporting VIP users.


We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked onsite (not service desk or remote-only support).


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite/desk-side IT support for laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices (iOS & Android)
  • Perform IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) across all sites
  • Handle device provisioning, imaging, re-imaging, and deployment
  • Support hardware refresh activities and bulk device rollouts
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, application, and network issues
  • Provide support for printers, scanners, and peripherals (installation, troubleshooting, cartridge replacement, print issues)
  • Manage user onboarding & offboarding (device allocation, configuration, asset updates)
  • Deliver VIP/VVIP onsite support with high service standards
  • Assist users with data backup and migration activities
  • Maintain and track IT asset inventory and lifecycle (CMDB updates)
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors and third-party service providers for repairs and replacements
  • Support meeting rooms, AV/VC setups, and Zoom/network-related activities
  • Participate in major incidents, changes, and problem management activities
  • Handle device disposal and EOL processes as per client policies

  • Azure Active Directory
  • Print Spooler troubleshooting
  • PST & OST file management in Outlook
  • Experience supporting VIP/VVIP users onsite
  • ITIL Foundation (preferred)
  • Service Now Ticketing tool

🎯 Experience Required

  • 2–5 years of experience as an Onsite / Field Support Engineer
  • Strong experience in desk-side support and device handling
  • Experience working in enterprise environments and multiple locations
