Liferay Technical Lead

Role Overview:

The Liferay Technical Lead will drive architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade front-end web applications using Liferay DXP. The role requires strong technical leadership and hands-on expertise in Java, AngularJS, JavaScript, and modern UI/UX frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for Liferay-based applications.
• Should be able to define detailed architecture for multiple Web Applications (Customer facing, Internal applications) with integrations with backend and external applications.
• Should have hand-on experience of installation of Liferay on a cloud environment.
• Design scalable front-end architectures with complex UI/UX and advanced field validations.
• Should have strong hands-on development using Liferay DXP, Java, AngularJS, and JavaScript.
• Should be proficient in Angular JS with track record of building large web applications.
• Should have understanding of OWASP-10 standards to make site secured.
• Should have knowledge about UI-UX standards to adopt latest usability standards to make web portals usable.
• Should have knowledge about Security aspect of Web application.
• Define coding standards, review code, and ensure best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend microservices services
• Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and scalability.
• Mentor developers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for the candidate and have working in customer-facing role.
• Should be able to debug complex issues, should be able to develop complex flows.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in web application development with strong background in architecture design.
• Track record of delivering minimum three greenfield implementations for Web Application.
• Strong expertise in Liferay DXP architecture and customization with experience on latest Liferay Self-hosted version.
• Advanced proficiency in AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Good knowledge about Java (SpringBoot) for building custom logics and connectors.
• Experience with integrations using native
