Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) 3 days onsite

Salary: $70,000 – $94,000K

Overview

We are seeking a Fullstack Web Developer to join a collaborative, cross-functional team building modern, cloud-based applications.

What You’ll Do

• Develop backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Build and maintain React-based frontend components and pages
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices
• Write and maintain unit tests to meet coverage standards
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Manage and support AWS cloud resources in a secure and efficient way

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in web application development
• 1+ year experience with Node.js / TypeScript
• 1+ year experience with React / Redux
• Strong understanding of:
• Debugging and troubleshooting
• Code optimization and refactoring
• Version control and branching strategies

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, ECS, CloudFormation, IAM)
• Exposure to AI/LLMs (e.g., Amazon Bedrock)
• Experience in the financial services industry
