Senior Dotnet Developer

Summary

We are looking for a strong technical lead who can coordinate across teams, support production stability, and manage end‑to‑end delivery for project workstreams. Responsibilities include system analysis, coding, debugging, SQL query development, defect resolution, and converting design documents into technical tasks. The candidate must have 8–10 years of experience in .NET/C# or Python, strong integration and SQL skills, CI/CD tool proficiency, and knowledge of APIs, security frameworks, ETL/ELT, and event streaming. Cloud experience, Fenergo knowledge, and tools like Postman or WinSCP are added advantages. The role also demands strong collaboration, leadership, and continuous learning mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with SMEs and business partners to drive project objectives.
• Coordinate efforts across BA teams, InfraOps, Networking, and other technical groups to ensure timely task completion.
• Support production defect resolution and provide solutions during migration, testing, and post‑migration phases to maintain system stability.
• Assist with monitoring requests by creating SQL queries based on business needs.
• Work with BAs and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of product features.
• Serve as the Delivery SPOC/Lead for assigned project workstreams, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Convert design documents into clear technical stories and tasks.
• Analyze defects and implement code changes to enhance application functionality.
• Perform system analysis, object‑oriented design, programming, documentation, and support across existing and new applications.
• Execute coding, unit testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment of applications and scripts.
• Participate in regular code reviews and release activities.
• Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis for both implementation and runtime problems.

Candidate Requirements

• 8–10 years of technical experience in system analysis, design, development, unit testing, and debugging.
• Minimum experience requirement:
• 5–6 years in .NET (4.7+)/C#, or
• 4–5 years in Core Python (Python 3.x frameworks).
• Strong experience in system integrations, including developing and maintaining services, components, APIs (internal/external), and file transfers.
• Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Bitbucket, Git, Jira, Confluence, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Solid technical knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST, and relevant IDEs.
• Experience with application security concepts such as OAuth2 and SSO.
• Working knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks, event streaming platforms such as Kafka, and job schedulers like TIDAL, Cron, or Airflow.
• Nice to have : familiarity with Postman, WinSCP, PuTTY/PSCP, or similar tools.
• Cloud knowledge in Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud is an asset.
• Proven experience serving as a Delivery SPOC/Lead for project workstreams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team and across partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Science, or related discipline.
• Fenergo implementation experience is a strong advantage.
