Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of AI-powered solutions, including AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT, Cohere, or open-source models) into existing Java/Spring-based applications to enable advanced NLP, decision-making, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, data scientists, product managers) to define AI strategy, roadmap, and technical requirements.
• Optimize AI workflows for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency, leveraging Oracle databases for data management and retrieval.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation in AI/ML practices.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to business challenges.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment in production.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in AI research.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
