Red Team Specialist (Cybersecurity & Assessment) | $70/hr Remote

Position: Cybersecurity Professional (Red Team)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $70 per hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated cybersecurity attacks to evaluate the security of LLMs
• Utilize red teaming techniques to identify vulnerabilities in systems
• Collaborate with team members to enhance cybersecurity measures
• Document findings and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current in cybersecurity practices

Requirements

• Candidates should have professional or academic experience in cybersecurity
• Candidates must be proficient in using LLMs for red teaming and simulated attacks
• Candidates should have completed Mercor’s Red Team Academy certification
• Candidates must be able to work independently and manage their own schedule
