You will be working with one of the well-established, high-growth fintech companies in Singapore. This is a high-impact executive leadership role for a technology leader who combines a strong product mindset, deep technical expertise, and financial services domain knowledge to drive the platform into its next phase of growth.

Your new role

As Chief Technology Officer, you will work closely with the executive and product leadership teams to define and execute the company's technology and product vision. You will lead a strong, capable engineering organisation, with a clear mandate to enhance scalability, accelerate innovation, and evolve the product to meet growing market and customer needs.

You will be:

• Define and own the end-to-end technology and product engineering strategy
• Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing engineering and technology team
• Partner closely with Product, Business, and Executive stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Drive adoption and evaluation of emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
• Ensure secure, resilient, and scalable systems aligned with financial services standards and regulations
• Balance long-term architecture with rapid product delivery and iteration

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or equivalent)
• Strong product-oriented mindset, with experience building and scaling customer-facing platforms
• Demonstrated exposure to emerging technologies (e.g. cloud-native platforms, data, AI/ML, modern architectures)
• Solid financial services or fintech domain knowledge, with understanding of regulatory, security, and risk considerations within the region
• Track record of leading engineering teams in fast-paced, product-led, high-growth environments
• Strategic yet hands-on leader with strong commercial awareness
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership maturity at C-level
