Agile Scrum Master

We’re hiring a hands-on Scrum Master to support a fast-growing Generative AI platform + enterprise use case team. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll help drive delivery across global teams and cutting-edge AI initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Drive delivery and keep teams focused on priorities
• Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Support distributed/offshore teams (India-based)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Scrum Master experience (Scrum-focused, not Kanban-only)
• Hands-on with Jira and Agile delivery
• Experience working with offshore/distributed teams
• Excellent communication and ability to drive outcomes
• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI is a plus
