Technical Records Officer – CAMO

Location: To be revealed in interview 

Department: CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization)

We are looking for a Technical Records Officer to join our growing CAMO team. This role is essential in ensuring aircraft records are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready, supporting safe and efficient fleet operations.

 Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update aircraft technical records (airframe, engines, components)

* Ensure all maintenance documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed

* Update records in AMOS or similar maintenance system

* Track aircraft utilization (FH/FC/Calendar) and component life status

* Monitor and record ADs, SBs, and maintenance actions

* Review maintenance documents (CRS, logbooks, work orders) for accuracy and compliance

* Ensure full traceability and proper filing (electronic and hard copy)

* Support audits by EASA, CAA, and local authorities

* Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, MCC, and Maintenance teams

* Ensure timely closure and updating of work orders

 Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Aviation / Engineering or equivalent

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Technical Records within CAMO or Part-145 environment

* Experience with:

  * Airbus A330-800 (A330neo)

  * Airbus A320 Family (CEO/NEO)

  * CRJ900

* Experience with AMOS or similar systems

 Skills & Attributes

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Good understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation

* Organized and able to manage large volumes of records

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Committed to compliance and audit readiness

 Nice to Have

* Experience in CAMO startup or new station setup

* Exposure to aircraft lease transitions or records projects
