Job Purpose:

Ensure the company's Quality Management System meets and exceeds international standards and best practices, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in the aluminum alloy wheel industry. Lead and mentor a high-performing quality team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth. Apply a strategic, innovative, and customer-focused approach with strong analytical and leadership skills to maintain product quality, enhance reputation, and support sustainable high-performance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation and maintenance of the QMS (IATF 16949), ensuring performance reporting, customer requirement fulfillment, stakeholder coordination, and system integrity. Lead strategic quality standards, plans, and programs while building and mentoring a high-performing, accountable team. Advise Executive Management on quality strategy, industry trends, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and execute quality strategies, annual plans, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives. Promote data-driven decision-making through analysis, predictive modeling, and risk assessment. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Provide accurate reporting to management, manage stakeholder relationships, and escalate critical issues as needed. Oversee quality-related risks and internal controls across operations. Lead EHS and environmental initiatives to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
• Drive continuous improvement, audits, and cross-functional initiatives to sustain high standards. Support effective quality investment strategies and provide leadership across business, technical, and regulatory areas. Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced or professional certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, IATF 16949, ISO 9001) are desirable.
• Minimum 10 years in quality management within manufacturing (preferably automotive or aluminum wheels).
• Strong experience with QMS (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and as a Management Representative.
• Proficient in core quality tools (APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, CAPA) with experience in audits, compliance, and PPAP. Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and enhance process performance.
• Experienced in leading teams, working cross-functionally, managing quality risks, and supporting HSE and business objectives. Familiar with new product launches and manufacturing innovations.
