DevOps Engineer

Summary

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to upgrade and scale VOdds infrastructure across core platforms, affiliate systems, and a large SEO sites portfolio.

The role is responsible for automated, secure, and scalable infrastructure, ensuring:

• High availability across all domains
• Stable access in various markets
• Zero-disruption deployments and SEO stability
• Reduced operational risk and dependency on manual processes

Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Automation

• Own full lifecycle of servers (DigitalOcean / cloud environments)
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible)
• Standardize environments, ensure high availability, and failover

CI/CD & Deployment (Critical)

• Build Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Implement staging → production deployments
• Enable automated testing and one-click rollback
• Eliminate manual (FTP-based) deployments

WordPress Multi-Site Management

• Manage and optimize a large WP fleet (core, plugins, themes)
• Introduce centralized and automated update processes
• Ensure secure and standardized configurations

Monitoring & Incident Response

• Build production-level Prometheus / Grafana monitoring
• Define SLAs, alerting levels, and escalation processes
• Reduce incident response time (MTTR)

Anti-Blocking & Domain Infrastructure

• Manage domain rotation, proxies, and IP strategies
• Ensure stable access in restricted markets
• Automate SSL issuance and domain monitoring

Security

• Implement WAF, brute-force protection, vulnerability scanning
• Harden servers and isolate grey hat infrastructure
• Manage secure access (SSH, FTP, WP, APIs)

Performance & SEO Support

• Optimize performance (Redis, CDN, DB tuning, load testing)
• Support SEO via crawl monitoring, redirect control, and log analysis

Backup & Documentation

• Implement automated backups and disaster recovery
• Maintain infrastructure documentation (servers, domains, access)

Cost Optimization

• Optimize hosting and domain portfolio costs
• Eliminate inefficiencies in resource usage

Experience

• At least 2 years in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering
• Experience managing multi-site environments (WordPress preferred)
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Experience with cloud environments (DigitalOcean, AWS, etc.)
• Experience with CF Docker, Docker Compose
• Strong Linux server administration background

Highly Preferred:

• iGaming / affiliate / SEO-driven projects
• Grey hat or multi-domain infrastructure
• Experience with restricted markets / anti-blocking systems
