Laravel Developer (SSE / DL)

The Senior Software Engineer / Development Lead (Laravel + React.js) will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling high-performance web applications using Laravel and React.js. This role involves owning end-to-end development, guiding team members, ensuring code quality, and delivering robust and scalable solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in backend and frontend development, along with the ability to take ownership of modules and drive technical decisions.

Design and develop scalable web applications using Laravel and React.js.

Lead end-to-end development including requirement understanding, architecture decisions, development, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

Guide and mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure quality and performance.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

Design and develop RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration with frontend systems.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural improvements.

Stay updated with latest technologies and suggest improvements in existing systems.

Degree: BE, B.Tech, MCA, or MSc IT.

5–10 years of professional experience in PHP development with strong expertise in Laravel.

Strong hands-on experience in React.js with good understanding of component lifecycle and hooks.

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

Experience with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.

Strong knowledge of relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL with query optimization skills.

Experience in designing scalable systems and handling high-traffic applications.

Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Understanding of caching, performance optimization, and web security practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex scenarios.

Good communication skills and ability to lead discussions with stakeholders.

Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Understanding of system design and microservices architecture.

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environment.
