Role Overview:

Manage employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR queries. Support engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and exit formalities.

He/She will be responsible for carrying out HR Operations to ensure smooth office functioning and will handle the day‑to‑day requirements related to HR processes


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage "Time Office operations" including attendance, shift planning, roster management, leave records, and overtime monitoring
  • Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing, wage inputs, deductions.
  • Maintain and update employee database and personnel files
  • Address employee queries related to attendance, salary, leave, and HR policies
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory and social security compliance requirements, and company policies
  • Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
  • Manage exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination
  • Any other task as assigned by the reporting authority. (Ad hoc work assigned by the Reporting Officer)


Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Arts/Commerce from a recognized university. Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
  • Master’s degree in business administration/ PGDM in HR would be an added advantage.
  • 3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist. (Sr. Executive)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and HRMS systems is a must.
  • Experience handling employee strength of 1000+ workforce.
