In this role you will:

• We are looking for Project Manager who wants to learn and transform his career.
• We are seeking an energetic, execution-focused Project Manager to join our Sec OPs or ITSM Modular Platform Teams.
• The Modular Platform Programme has been established to enhance the Experian developer experience by creating a single entry point into a range of tools and capabilities supplied via Modular Platforms with AI at their core.
• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects and/or work package(s) that deliver agreed outcomes on time, in scope, on budget and to the required quality, while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• The role will require cross-functional team working, managing/interacting with third parties whilst exercising robust governance, risk and change control.

Primary Responsibilities

• Project and Work Package Planning
• Define objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations and budgets
• Establish project governance, reporting structures, and success criteria.
• Project and Work Package Execution
• Lead project teams to deliver outputs according to plan
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, external vendors and partners
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment between stakeholders and project teams
• Risk and Issue Management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project and work package risks
• Track issues and implement effective resolution strategies
• Escalate critical risks or issues to senior leadership when necessary
• Quality and Performance Management
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Monitor project performance using relevant metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct project reviews and capture lessons learned.
• Financial and Resource Management
• Track project budgets and manage resource utilization.
• Ensure effective allocation of team members and other project resources.
• Project and Work Package Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation including plans, schedules, and reports.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• 5 - 7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Demonstrable track record of successful delivery within scope, budget and timeline
• Experience of working on projects delivering technical modular platforms - not essential
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across departments and business units
• Understanding of project governance, reporting structures and performance metrics
• Practical experience managing project risks
• Educated to degree-level or equivalent
• Professional qualifications and certifications such as:

Certifications:

o Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ or equivalent) - desirable

o Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) - not essential

Experience with project management software (e.g. MS Project)
