About the Opportunity

We’re working with a growing technology team building modern, user-facing products used in real-world production environments. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Junior Product Engineer with a strong passion for UI, frontend development, and product experience.

This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who enjoys turning complex functionality into intuitive, polished interfaces. You’ll play a key role in shaping the product experience, working closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver responsive, high-quality frontend applications.

Your Mission

You will help build the product layer that users interact with every day. This means designing and implementing clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces, improving usability, and ensuring performance across the frontend experience.

The focus of this role is UI quality, frontend architecture, and product usability, not just building features, but crafting thoughtful user experiences.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Build and maintain modern, responsive UI components
• Translate product and UX requirements into polished frontend experiences
• Improve usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across the product
• Optimize frontend performance, load times, and responsiveness
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services
• Contribute to component libraries and reusable UI patterns
• Support debugging and troubleshooting in production environments
• Participate in product discussions with a focus on user experience

Technical Skills & Experience

• Understanding of component-based architecture and state management
• Experience building responsive and accessible user interfaces
• Familiarity with REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
• Strong attention to UI detail and usability

Nice to have:

• Experience with design systems or component libraries
• Exposure to real-time interfaces or dynamic data updates
• Performance optimization and frontend tooling experience
