- Full-Time (35hpw) Temporary opportunity until 30 October 2026
- Clerk Grade 7/8
- Salary Range $113,574 - $125,720pa + super
- Location is flexible with hybrid work arrangements and weekly attendance in the office; the team is based in Parramatta.
We are currently looking for a REACT Full Stack Developer to deliver innovative digital experiences to the customers of Revenue NSW with the Department of customer service.
If you are a passionate developer with experience in migrating applications to cloud or keen in exploring cloud native development, we may have some good roles for you to be part of great fun loving and result oriented teams.
Key responsibilities
- Be a hands-on developer working & supporting other team members and ensuring that delivered solutions meet the business needs and adhere to coding and design standards.
- Adhere to agile / scrum development practices
- Translate user stories into deliverable modules
- Troubleshooting and problem solving the production incidents related to the application the team is supporting
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to manage customer expectations
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Well versed with PHP and React. You have 3+ years of solid software development and are a skilled web developer.
- Excellent knowledge of PHP and REACT framework, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, Typescript and CSS
- Good understanding of SCM - Git, Subversion
- Good understanding of AWS
- UI/UX Awareness
- API & Backend Integration -REST APIs, Axios / Fetch, Handling auth tokens (JWT),Error handling patterns,Loading & retry logic
- Good understanding of Gitlab pipeline and Terraform
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
