Senior React Developer / Tech Lead – TypeScript, Tailwind

LTM Australia is seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer / Technical Lead to join a large-scale digital transformation program, delivering modern, scalable front-end solutions across enterprise environments.

This is a hands-on role suited to a front-end specialist with deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind, combined with strong experience in frontend architecture, design systems, and high-quality UI engineering.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS (essential)
• Expertise in frontend architecture, design systems, and theming
• Proven ability to convert Figma designs into scalable, production-ready components
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG / ARIA)
• Experience building responsive, performant, and pixel-perfect user interfaces

Nice to Have

• Experience with React Native
• Familiarity with Redux, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (Jest)
• Exposure to enterprise-scale digital or customer-facing platforms

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading front-end development across high-impact B2B and B2C applications
• Driving best practices across code quality, performance, and scalability
• Collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Mentoring engineers and contributing to technical direction and architecture
