Tessera is building infrastructure for confidential and regulated institutional settlement on public blockchains. We believe public rails are powerful, but many institutional payment, treasury, and tokenized asset flows still face a basic problem: transaction visibility is too exposed for serious usage at scale.
Tessera addresses that gap. We are building a model that allows regulated participants to use public blockchain infrastructure with controlled confidentiality, compliance alignment, and selective disclosure.
We are looking for a Founding Partnerships & Growth Lead to help us bring this to market.
This is not a standard sales role and not a standard marketing role. It is a hybrid position for someone who can help open doors, shape commercial conversations, and turn real market engagement into visibility and momentum.
What you will do
- Build relationships with prospective clients, pilot partners, and strategic introducers
- Help Tessera engage banks, stablecoin issuers, payment firms, tokenization players, and financial infrastructure partners
- Support outbound efforts, warm introductions, and founder-led business development
- Identify conferences, ecosystem moments, and market conversations that can generate qualified attention
- Work closely with the founder to translate meetings, objections, and market signals into sharp LinkedIn and external content
- Help shape partnership narratives, pilot discussions, and early commercial opportunities
- Build and maintain a focused target list of institutions, partners, and relevant market actors
- Track recurring customer pain points around confidentiality, compliance, and institutional blockchain usage
- Contribute to Tessera’s market positioning as we define a category around confidential institutional usage on public rails
What we are looking for
- Experience in partnerships, business development, ecosystem growth, product marketing, or a similarly commercial role
- Familiarity with one or more of the following: banking, payments, stablecoins, tokenization, digital assets, fintech infrastructure, compliance, or financial services
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage credibly with senior external stakeholders
- Good instinct for turning commercial activity into market visibility
- Comfortable operating in a small team with direct founder collaboration
- Fast, structured, and able to work across outreach, partnerships, strategy, and content
- Strong judgment and the ability to represent a serious infrastructure company externally
