• The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will play a crucial role in managing and improving our Microsoft/Citrix based systems and infrastructure. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our IT services.

Responsibilities

• Design, implementation, and management of Microsoft-related technologies, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,Exchange, Microsoft PKI, DFS, MS Teams.
• Troubleshoot and improve AD replication, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Implement and enforce security policies, including password policies, account lockout policies, and auditing.
• Integrate Active Directory with other systems, such as Office 365, Azure AD, and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks and reporting
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for Active Directory.
• Setting up and maintaining Root and Intermediate Certificate Authorities.
• Design, implementation, and management of Citrix-related technologies,
• Provide production support for our Microsoft environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage and resolve complex incidents and problems, minimizing downtime and mitigating impacts on business operations.
• Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions to pre-emptively identify potential issues (SCOM / NIMSOFT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and integration of new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including regular system audits and updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and lead problem management processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and service records.
• Be part of an on-call service rotation one week per month (24/24-7j/7)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• PKI and certificat management
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in Active Directory / Ansible, automation and Scripting / Intune
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
