How does building production grade AI systems that are actually used across a business sound?

We’re partnering with a leading organisation investing heavily into AI through a dedicated Transformation Office, focused on embedding LLM powered solutions into core workflows and driving real adoption.

This role sits at the centre of that, working end to end to turn process redesigns into live AI products, from prompt engineering and RAG through to cloud deployment, integrations, and automation.

The Role

• Build and deploy LLM powered workflows (RAG, agents, function calling)

• Develop evaluation frameworks, testing, and guardrails

• Deploy AI systems on Azure (OpenAI, AI Search, Functions)

• Integrate across platforms via APIs and data pipelines

• Work closely with stakeholders to drive adoption and iterate

Your Experience

• Strong Python and API development experience

• Hands on experience building LLM powered applications

• Cloud experience, ideally Azure suite

• Comfortable owning problems end to end in ambiguous environments
