Role Overview

NTT Data is working on a large-scale enterprise network deployment and is seeking a Network Engineer with strong Alcatel switching experience. This role will support a complex, business-critical environment and work alongside an established permanent networking team to provide specialist capability where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist support for Alcatel-based switching environments
• Assist with design, deployment, configuration, and optimisation of network infrastructure
• Work closely with internal engineers to supplement capability during project delivery
• Support troubleshooting and incident resolution in a complex enterprise environment
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer activities
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery outcomes

Skills & Experience

• Strong previous experience working with Alcatel switching technologies
• Solid enterprise networking background (LAN/WAN environments)
• Experience supporting large-scale or complex network deployments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
• Exposure to healthcare or regulated environments is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
