DevOps Engineer

As we embark on an ambitious roadmap, we're preparing for the next phase of scaling challenges that come with increased traffic, enhanced security requirements, and complex infrastructure demands.

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help architect and implement solutions that will shape the future of our platform. You'll be working at the intersection of traditional finance and cryptocurrency, facing unique technical challenges that require innovative solutions in scalability, security, and reliability.

What You'll Do

Design, maintain, and enhance our cloud infrastructure
Monitor and maintain our monitoring and alerting systems
Maintain and improve the security of our platform, services, and data
Research and propose new security processes and policies
Design, maintain, and create new CI/CD pipelines

What We're Looking For

At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, ideally in fintech, startups, or fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving abilities, root cause analysis skills, and development of efficient solutions
Strong understanding of security principles, including secure architecture design and configuration management
Solid knowledge of container security principles and best practices
A strong sense of ownership and urgency in delivering high-impact infrastructure and automation solutions, coupled with excellent judgment in prioritizing critical operational tasks versus long-term improvements
Proficiency in English is mandatory
Experience with crypto and blockchain ecosystems is a big plus

Must Have

Proven experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
Strong proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration and cluster management
Advanced Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
Expertise in containerization using Docker and container best practices
Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform
Strong background in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Working knowledge of SQL and database management

Nice To Have

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and infrastructure
Scripting and automation using modern programming languages (Python, Node.js, or Go)
Experience with cryptocurrency nodes and blockchain infrastructureWhat We Offer
