Why we need this role
- Independent support, support and coaching of (international) managers for the DACH locations as well as in Germany on all HR-related issues
- Ensuring high-quality and competent HR service throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Processing of HR-relevant incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Implementation and safeguarding of labour law requirements in day-to-day HR work
- Accompaniment of application and selection processes
- Administration der lokalen Benefits
- Proactively collaborate with the global HR team to design and execute strategic initiatives locally
- Completion of a relevant bachelor's degree (HR, psychology or similar) or relevant vocational training
- Initial professional experience in HR required
- Knowledge of German collective bargaining and labor law and experience in works council cooperation are advantageous
- Experience working in an international working environment is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Enjoy working in an international team
- Very good MS Office skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Enjoyment of independent work, both in the operational HR area and in the implementation of company-wide HR strategy.
