About The Role

We're hiring AI Safety Analysts to test AI systems by probing for unsafe outputs, harmful content, and unexpected behavior. Your work keeps AI models safe for real-world use.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Compensation: $40–$120 /hour
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Test AI systems by providing challenging or adversarial inputs
  • Identify unsafe, harmful, or inappropriate AI outputs
  • Document safety issues with clear examples and explanations
  • Rate AI responses on safety and helpfulness scales
  • Follow structured testing protocols and red-teaming guides
