As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work on real marketing outputs from day one, translating defined creative directions into structured, scalable asset sets.

For our Visual Content team, we are looking for a motivated Junior Graphic Designer (part-time) who wants to grow into a system-driven, high-impact design role.

Your areas of responsibility

• Create campaign and social media assets (static & motion)
• Build consistent asset sets across different formats and channels
• Apply predefined visual frameworks (templates, layout systems)
• Iterate and improving assets based on feedback and performance
• Contribute to the development of scalable creative production
  
  

Your profile

• Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals (typography, composition, hierarchy)
• Ability to work structured and within defined systems
• Strong eye for detail and visual consistency
• Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects basics)
• Proactive mindset and willingness to improve fast through feedback
• Solid German and English skills

• Experience with social ads / performance creatives
• Motion design skills
• Experience with templates or design systems (e.g. Figma)
