Mission — Become the Heart of the Employee Experience

As our HR Generalist - Benefits & Employee Wellbeing Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind the programs, policies, and moments that shape how our people feel, work, and succeed.

You’ll own the benefits strategy, champion wellbeing, and orchestrate a seamless employee lifecycle — from the first hello to the final farewell.

What You’ll Lead & Create:

Benefits & Wellbeing

• Own and evolve all local benefits with creativity and precision
• Be the trusted expert for employees and managers on Belgian employment conditions
• Keep our benefits platform running smoothly and intuitively
• Spot opportunities to innovate and elevate our offering
• Build strong partnerships with providers and brokers
• Drive awareness through engaging communication and events
• Ensure flawless payroll and tax alignment
• Shape regional and global wellbeing initiatives

Employee Lifecycle

• Lead onboarding and offboarding with care, clarity, and consistency
• Support secondments and educational leaves that fuel growth

Projects & HR Innovation

• Bring to life initiatives that strengthen our EVP and redefine the employee experience
• Contribute to flexible working policies, wellbeing programs, and digital HR enhancements
• Keep our HR policies fresh, relevant, and employee‑centric
• Travel across Europe up to 10% of your time

Profile

Who You Are — A Human‑Centric HR Changemaker

You’re not just an HR professional. You’re someone who believes people deserve the best experience possible at work.

• 4+ years as an HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of Belgian employment law
• Experience managing benefits and external vendors
• Proven ability to lead wellbeing or HR projects
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Detail‑driven, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Fluent in English +
• Dutch with good French, OR
• French with good Dutch
• Proactive, curious, and motivated to make a real impact
