Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

  • Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years of post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years of post-related experience ;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT support function configuring and managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments ;
  • Knowledge of IT device management and security tooling, including Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Microsoft Defender ;
  • Excellent administrator-level knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, as well as office automation tools including Microsoft Power Automate ;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing first-line cyber incident responses ;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience troubleshooting and resolving user device issues ;
  • Very good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear and concise end-user documentation, operational procedures, and user guide .

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of API integration and software development ;
  • Professional technical certification in IT and/or Cyber Security (e.g. CISSP, ITIL v4) ;
  • Work experience in an innovative or technology-driven industry or environment ;
  • Experience working with ERP systems ;
  • Knowledge of NATO institutional framework, policies, and procedures .

Duties/role:

  • Acting as an administrator and leading the daily management and configuration of the DIANA Microsoft digital infrastructure, including security elements ;
  • Building and issuing IT equipment to DIANA staff, including Windows, macOS, and iOS devices, and troubleshooting and resolving user issues using own knowledge or seeking appropriate guidance ;
  • Providing initial triage of reported issues and incidents in the M365 environment using Defender (Security Center) and Purview, including reviewing incidents and closing or escalating them as required ;
  • Liaising closely with DIANA’s security function on all IT security–related matters ;
  • Reviewing and improving IT Service Management processes where needed ;
  • Liaising with DIANA external stakeholders (e.g. NCIA and industry providers) on IT services ;
  • Managing all DIANA physical IT Windows and Apple devices using Intune and Apple Business Manager ;
  • Performing any other related duties as required .
