Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join our Product & Technology team and take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery across a range of digital product initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead and deliver full‑lifecycle projects across digital product, platform, operational, and compliance areas
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Product, Development, BI, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure all projects meet regulatory, audit, and security requirements
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Track and report progress, KPIs, and delivery status to management
• Support change management, rollout, training, and operational handover
• Manage external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Facilitate project ceremonies such as kick‑offs, stand‑ups, and retrospectives
  
  

Essential

What You Bring:

• Higher education in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years' experience in project management
• Proven experience delivering IT, product, or operational projects
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
• Excellent organisational, planning, and stakeholder‑management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, proactive way
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
  
  

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Management or Project Management
• Experience in regulated digital industries (e.g., fintech, online services, digital platforms)
• Experience working with external vendors and multi‑country teams
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
