Information Technology Support Specialist

Multiple IT Support Specialists Required-(Full-time and Back-fill)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist (Level 2) to join our IT team in Estonia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing second-level technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (hardware, software, and network connectivity).
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 support within defined SLAs.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS), business applications, and user accounts.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint security tools.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ITSM system.
• Contribute to IT projects such as system roll outs, migrations, and upgrades.
• Provide on-site and remote support to users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or Desktop Support (Level 2).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking basics (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have (Preferred)

• Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MD-102/MD-100, ITIL Foundation).
• Experience supporting macOS or Linux environments.
