Technical Product Owner

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner for Okta to help build a new Identity and Access Management solution for LHV. As our Okta platform is in its early stages, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape its future and hands-on create a solution that meets our high standards for security and user experience.

You'll be responsible for creating the product vision, managing the roadmap, and ensuring the successful implementation of Okta solutions. Your role is to act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring that our identity management meets both current and future needs.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for our Okta platform, ensuring it aligns with LHV's business goals and security standards.
• Own and manage the product roadmap, from gathering requirements to prioritizing features.
• Configure and administer the platform, taking charge of the entire user lifecycle management process.
• Collaborate closely with our development, security, and business teams to ensure solutions are effective, compliant, and meet company-wide goals.
• Integrate new applications and systems into the platform using standard protocols like SAML and SCIM.
• Analyze and optimize our Identity and Access Management processes to guarantee top-tier security and efficiency.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably in a product owner or technical specialist role.
• Hands-on experience with the Okta platform, including SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, and Lifecycle Management.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (e.g. SAML, OAuth 2.0).
• Experience with application integration and using APIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects from start to finish.
• A university degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity and relevant certifications are considered an advantage.
• While this role is fully functional in English, our primary working language is Estonian. Therefore, at least a basic understanding of Estonian is an advantage.
