Position: Cyber Security Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a senior cybersecurity consultant to support digital innovation projects involving artificial intelligence, data analytics, and Cloud technologies. The role sits within cybersecurity governance and IT risk management activities, in an international and regulated environment, with the objective of securing digital projects led by business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Risk & Cybersecurity Management
- Lead IT and cybersecurity risk assessments for innovative projects (AI, data, Cloud).
- Conduct IT Risk & Security reviews in coordination with stakeholders (business teams, IT, security,
- data, legal, compliance, etc.).
- Identify, assess, and monitor IT and operational risks, vulnerabilities, and non-compliance issues.
- Define and oversee remediation action plans.
- Verify compliance of security and IT risk deliverables, including third-party and operational resilience aspects.
Advisory & Expertise
- Provide cybersecurity expertise on AI, data, and Cloud technologies.
- Contribute to data protection and security topics related to IT transformation projects.
- Governance & GRC
- Integrate project risks into the IT GRC tool.
- Contribute to the industrialization of risk and compliance management.
- Prepare and support documentation for validation and steering committees.
- Cybersecurity & Strategic Programs
- Participate in the deployment of cybersecurity programs across emerging technology domains (AI,
- data, Cloud).
- Contribute to vulnerability management, data security, application security, and incident
- management.
- Produce reports and dashboards for management and governance committees.
- Contribute to the maintenance of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Required Skills
Technical
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity and IT risk management.
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, CSA CCM, EBIOS, ISO 27001 / 27005.
- Solid IT project management skills.
- Good understanding of AI, data, and Cloud solutions and their associated risks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (O365, SharePoint, Teams).
Behavioral
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong writing and synthesis abilities.
- Autonomous, with the ability to operate in a multi-site international environment.
Language
- Fluent professional English.
Experience
- Significant experience in cybersecurity and IT risk management within complex organizations.
- Approximately 10 years of experience, combining cybersecurity, IT risk, IT project management,
- and/or IT operations.
Assignment Conditions
- Location: Paris
- International environment, with regular interactions with teams in Europe and Asia
