Cybersecurity Consulting Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

You will lead work packages and projects and work on initiatives such as IT mergers, strategic transformations, and CIO/CSO reorganizations.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

You will be responsible for key IP areas (e.g., SOC and IAM within the Cyber ​​Practice) and maintain/develop them in line with the latest client projects and market developments.

You will support organizational development, including relevant processes, tools, and setups

You will analyze clients' cybersecurity structures.

You will contribute to the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions.

You will support the development of risk and compliance processes as well as policy frameworks.

You will actively acquire new client projects by developing long-term cybersecurity strategies.

Your profile:

A degree in IT or an analytical field (e.g., computer science, business informatics, cybersecurity, engineering) from a renowned university.

At least three years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity consulting or in the B2B cybersecurity environment in the EU.

Experience working on large-scale cybersecurity transformation projects for corporations, banks, or insurance companies.

You hold certifications in relevant cybersecurity standards (e.g., Security+, CySA+, ISO 27001, CISSP, CCSP, CISM).

Knowledge of the BaFin guidelines BAIT/VAIT is advantageous.

You are proactive and enjoy taking on responsibility. You possess strong analytical skills and make data-driven decisions.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in German and English is required!
