About Your New Job

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and deliver the organisation’s IT & Digital Transformation Strategy, aligned with business objectives.
• Modernisation: Lead the upgrade of systems, platforms, and processes, including learning technologies and enterprise applications.
• Innovation and Automation: Champion innovation, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
• IT Operations: Ensure high-quality, reliable, and responsive IT services, overseeing daily operations and service delivery.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, operation, and optimisation of IT infrastructure, including cloud services and integrations.
• Cybersecurity: Act as the lead for cybersecurity and IT risk management, ensuring compliance with recognised standards and frameworks.
• Governance and Financial Management: Establish strong IT governance frameworks and manage IT vendors, budgets, and contracts.

What Skills You Need

• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in senior IT leadership roles, with proven experience in IT operations and digital transformation.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in Microsoft 365, cloud services, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing vendors, budgets, and service providers, and leading high-performing IT teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder engagement, coaching, and communication skills.
