We are looking for experienced Network Support Engineers for a dispatch-based onsite freelance role in the 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲, 𝐈𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲, 𝐈𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 (Onsite)

Duration: 1 Year

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Rack & stack installation of networking equipment

Configure and troubleshoot switches & routers

Structured cabling, patching & connectivity support

Printer configuration & troubleshooting

Console access support for devices

Assist with migrations & deployments

Imaging and re-imaging systems

Other IT/network tasks as dispatched

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Prior experience in IT / Networking

Availability for on-call dispatch work

Strong troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently onsite
