Your responsibilities will include:

• Draft media pitches, press releases, and reactive statements across AI, crypto, and tech beats
• Support journalist outreach and help maintain relationships with key media contacts across traditional media, KOLs etc
• Monitor news cycles and identify timely hooks for executive commentary
• Build and maintain media lists using tools like MuckRack
• Coordinate logistics for interviews, media appearances, and press calls
• Track coverage and compile regular PR performance reports
• Support event communications, including the AGI-26 Conference (San Francisco, July 2026)
• Contribute to thought leadership content: op-eds, talking points, interview preparations

Requirements:

Essential

• 3-5 years in PR, communications, or media (agency or in-house)
• Strong writing skills: tight, clear, no fluff
• Genuine interest in AI and/or crypto/Web3
• Comfortable working fast in a lean team with shifting priorities
• Familiarity with media outreach tools (MuckRack, Cision, or similar)

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI, blockchain, or deep tech PR
• Existing journalist relationships on tech or crypto beats
• Exposure to executive profiling or thought leadership programmes
• Event communications experience
• Experience developing and executing PR strategies
