Your role

We are looking for a curious and motivated Data Analyst Intern with a strong passion for data and analytics. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to translate data into meaningful business insights. You will work closely with both business and IT teams, helping to bridge the gap between data and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using different platforms (Power BI, Business Object)
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, leveraging Python & SQL
• Design and develop tools to support business decision-making and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, while continuously increasing business knowledge
• Support decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations
• Participate in cross-functional projects as the data analysis representative
• Assist in the automation of recurring reporting processes
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and ad hoc-analysis efficiency and effectiveness
  
  

Main Requirements

• Educational background in Management Engineering, Economics, or Economics and Management
• A strong interest in data and analytics, with a business-oriented mindset
• Hands-on experience (academic or professional) in working with data, including activities such as data cleaning, exploration, and transformation
• Familiarity with fundamental data manipulation concepts such as joins, merges, unions/appends, and aggregations (e.g., group by), ideally applied in university projects or previous work experience
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear and compelling business insights
• Proficient in Excel
