We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack JavaScript Engineer to join our Growth Team.

💡 What you’ll work on

• Building and optimizing features that improve conversion and customer experience
• Scaling and improving existing systems for performance and reliability
• Working with and modernizing legacy JavaScript codebases
• Designing and evolving APIs across frontend and backend
• Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering

🧠 What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience with modern web applications
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript (ES6+)
• Backend experience with Node.js (Nest.js, Next.js, Express, etc.)
• Solid understanding of scalable architecture and clean code
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Claude) to improve productivity
• Experience working with legacy systems
• Comfortable working in distributed teams
• Latvian & English required
