Responsibilities:


Inbound Lead Management


  • Handle incoming leads from partners, referrals, and internal channels.
  • Understand client needs, qualify opportunities, and guide prospects through onboarding.
  • Support deal progression in collaboration with internal teams.


Client Growth & Relationship Management


  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and increased product adoption.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through upsells and retention initiatives.


Onboarding & Activation


  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure smooth activation.
  • Coordinate with technical and operational teams during setup.
  • Improve onboarding efficiency and reduce time-to-value.


Client Engagement & Support


  • Maintain regular communication and monitor client performance.
  • Proactively address challenges and coordinate issue resolution internally.
  • Ensure a high-quality client experience and long-term satisfaction.


CRM & Reporting


  • Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking in CRM systems.
  • Provide structured updates on account status, risks, and opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Has 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Partnerships.
  • Communicates clearly and builds trust with clients.
  • Is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
  • Works confidently with CRM tools and data insights.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.


Nice to have:

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes or platform integrations.
  • Startup or scaling-company experience.
