Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Management
- Handle incoming leads from partners, referrals, and internal channels.
- Understand client needs, qualify opportunities, and guide prospects through onboarding.
- Support deal progression in collaboration with internal teams.
Client Growth & Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and increased product adoption.
- Contribute to revenue growth through upsells and retention initiatives.
Onboarding & Activation
- Oversee client onboarding and ensure smooth activation.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams during setup.
- Improve onboarding efficiency and reduce time-to-value.
Client Engagement & Support
- Maintain regular communication and monitor client performance.
- Proactively address challenges and coordinate issue resolution internally.
- Ensure a high-quality client experience and long-term satisfaction.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking in CRM systems.
- Provide structured updates on account status, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Has 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Partnerships.
- Communicates clearly and builds trust with clients.
- Is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
- Works confidently with CRM tools and data insights.
- Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes or platform integrations.
- Startup or scaling-company experience.
